A compendium of craft masquerading as art, art masquerading as craft, and craft extending its middle finger.

What is it about Atlantans and public art? First the boobs get attacked with a hammer, now kids are pissing all over Ward Jenkins' mural. Victory Vintage Home is an excellent Modern Antique store in Decatur, Georgia. Ward is working on a lovely vintage mural on the side of the building. As he was making a drive-by, checking out the progress that he'd made, he noticed a bunch of neighborhood kids milling around the painting. Wondering if his eyes deceived him, Ward turned around and went back to the mural. By the time he got there, the kids had moved on, but there, directly on the faces were lovely fresh (there needs to be a word for a vertical puddle...I'll bet the Germans have one) puddles. Everyone, it seems, is a critic.
