What do a topiary gardener, lion tamer, robotics expert, and zoologist specializing in naked mole rats have in common? They're all the stars of Errol Morris' 1997 documentary Fast, Cheap, and out of Control. To my mind, this film documents the spirit of Extreme Craft like no other. Maybe the topiarygardening is the only true "Extreme Craft" in the movie, but each of these gentlemen exhibits the "whim of iron" in a big way. To celebrate the excellence of the movie, I bring you this link, to an oragami naked mole rat project. Why bore your friends with another boring swan, when you can be creating oragami naked mole rats for them!
